Sounds great Shawn - we're currently looking at commercial properties and will hopefully be in a dedicated facility next month, and this is a tool I wouldn't mind having around, particularly for private sessions

Will have to find a time that suits you to swing by and have a look (and a general catch up of course!)

For whoever mentioned parkour..
There is a fairly big following in Adelaide..
Every Saturday morning at the festival centre a fairly large group of people meet up and muck around, practice techniques, have races etc.
They even had a huge run through Adelaide only last week..

Hey Guys,
I'm participating in the Run for the Kids in Melbourne on April 5th to raise money for the Royal Children's Hospital Appeal...
Its a 15km event, last year my time was 73 minutes...I'm hoping to beat it this year.
If you guys want to jump over to http://www.everydayhero.com.au/nathan_fradley_4 and donate...any amount helps

Thanks for your support :)

Didn't realise this - one day when I'm not lazy, I might drop by to check it out. I always thought some of the crazy stuff they did was really cool.
Gisoku Budo - because there obviously weren't enough blogs on the internet already

I train 5-6 nights a week in the Dojo. Outside the dojo I will..... Walk 3-4 day's a week around 4 km per trip. Jog 2 times 6-8 km (depending on how lazy I am). Sit ups, push ups everyday. Beat the living daylights out of my boxing bag for 20-30 mins 2-3 times a week. Yoga 1-2 times a month.
I quite often use basic techniques that i am struggling with to get around the house!!! (My family have stopped laughing at this! Moving from the stove to the fidge in long stance or coming down the hall in cat stance has ceased to be amusing!!!) And I will do at least 3 Kata plus my grading kata each day.

Hmmmm looking at this I should be WAY more fit than I am!!!!!
