The flinders Muay thai is run by Alan Wong and operates out of the flinders uni gym.
The training i saw my mate do there many years ago was pretty hard core.
They produced Paul Slowinski which is a pretty high accolade.

Axis Muay Thai is run by Sam Harvey. They use the Judo facilities there so they have a nice floor and they set-up a ring in there as well.

took him down to look at Flinders on Wednesday night and decided it looked worth a trial.

Went down and did a class with him this morning. Oh boy, can hardly use my arms, not used to keeping my guard so high or so close to my face. Took me all of 10 mins to automatically "Hai". I did try very hard not to.

Alan Wong seems very strict but nice. lol bit of yelling going on.

Had a really nice guy taking us beginners.

Enjoyed the class, hard work and interesting trying not to revert to "Karate" mode. Good for me I think.

Oh and Ben enjoyed it as well. We will be going back, thanks for the recommendation guys.
